Clients might want an EIA done for a number of reasons. It might be to help differentiate options on the grounds of their environmental performance or it might be to support a development application. We have extensive experience in the management of multi-disciplinary teams which are often necessary in the conduct of EIAs. We use only ‘best for project’ teams in all technical areas.

We can prepare Reviews of Environmental Factors, Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments and Environmental Effects Statements. We ensure the documents are well structured, clear and concise. We take specialist technical reports and draw out the key messages. EIA documents are routinely submitted for public scrutiny and technical material must be accessible and credible. EMM excels in such communications.
